Attachments to minutes may or may not be included due to file size and/or because copyrighted intellectual property is included. Decisions to distribute attachments to the minutes will be made on a case by case basis and due to the size of the request may take longer to process.
Title, Purpose, and Scope
1. PURPOSE:
The purpose of this standard is to provide design criteria for the performance of commercial cooking ventilation systems.
2. SCOPE:
2.1 This standard covers the following:
(a) Kitchen hoods (b) Exhaust systems (c) Replacement air systems
2.2 This standard shall not be used to circumvent any safety, health or environmental requirement.
