O’Neal is the Dean, School of Engineering and Computer Science, Baylor University, Waco, Texas. Cramer is an Aeronautical Engineer, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, Fort Worth, Texas. Yin is an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering, University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Lafayette, La.
